1. Marketing only
Partners may introduce the Lennox pathway using approved materials. They may not practice medicine, interpret clinical information, or recommend a specific treatment.
2. Truthful claims
Partners must not promise approval, outcomes, timing, savings, earnings, or availability. Custom claims require written review before use.
3. Relationship disclosure
The partner relationship and any compensation must be disclosed clearly wherever required by law or Lennox program standards.
4. Privacy boundary
Partners must not collect, store, or transmit protected health information for Lennox through partner forms, email, or messaging.
5. Brand controls
Lennox marks and approved materials must be used without alteration and removed when permission ends.
6. Monitoring and enforcement
Lennox may request examples, require corrections, suspend materials, or terminate participation when standards are not met.
Approved partners receive relationship-specific documents for review and signature before launch.
