Program participation
Participation requires Lennox approval and an executed agreement. The approved organization may use only the program access, referral tools, and materials Lennox provides for that relationship.
Partner role
The partner may introduce the program and share approved information. The partner does not diagnose, prescribe, select treatment, determine eligibility, or collect health information for Lennox.
Marketing standards
The partner must use accurate, approved claims and required relationship disclosures. No outcome, eligibility, timing, savings, availability, or earnings guarantee may be made.
Nature of compensation
When compensation is offered, it pays for bona fide, approved marketing and referral services. It is not a share of prescription revenue, prescription proceeds, clinical revenue, or income from the sale of medication, and it may not be used to influence provider judgment or treatment eligibility.
The partner does not prescribe, dispense, sell, handle, store, or take title to medication. Licensed providers and pharmacies remain independently responsible for clinical and pharmacy services.
Commercial terms
The current public earnings schedule is displayed on the Partner Program page. It provides potential monthly fee amounts for direct customer introductions and separately approved business referrals. The published table and examples do not create a right to payment or guarantee any earnings.
The executed agreement controls eligibility, tier assignment, qualifying activity, attribution, validation, active status, payment timing, thresholds, reversals, offsets, records, rate changes, post-termination treatment, and tax responsibilities. Results may be $0.
Privacy and data
Partners must not request, receive, or transmit patient medical information through partner channels. Business contact and program data must be handled under the executed agreement and applicable privacy requirements.
Term and termination
Lennox may suspend or end participation for safety, compliance, legal, operational, or agreement reasons. When permission ends, the partner must stop using Lennox marks, links, and materials as directed by the agreement.
