1. Program participation
Participation requires Lennox approval and an executed agreement. The approved organization may use only the program access and materials Lennox provides for the relationship.
2. Partner role
The partner introduces the program and may share approved information. The partner does not diagnose, prescribe, select treatment, determine eligibility, or collect health information for Lennox.
3. Marketing standards
The partner must use accurate, approved claims and required relationship disclosures. No outcome, eligibility, or earnings guarantee may be made.
4. Commercial terms
Any compensation, payment timing, attribution, reversals, and taxes are governed by the executed agreement. No public amount is guaranteed.
5. Privacy and data
Partners must not request or transmit patient medical information through partner channels. Program and business contact data must be handled under applicable privacy requirements.
6. Term and termination
Lennox may suspend or end participation for safety, compliance, legal, operational, or agreement reasons. Post-termination use of Lennox marks and materials must stop.
Approved partners receive relationship-specific documents for review and signature before launch.
